TEST PERFORMANCE TIPS

Get plenty of rest each night before a test.

Eat a nutritious breakfast.  Bring snacks.

Maintain a postive attitude.

Relax.  Take brief mental breaks and deep breaths.

Follow directions carefully.

Take your time and pace yourself.

Use test-taking strategies.
