Here is a partial list of some of
the most common issues on campus resulting
in citation and/or administrative
punishment.
Possession of Tobacco - P.C.
308(b)
Person under 18 years old has in their
possession; or property, in their
possession any tobacco related products
(matches, lighter, cigarettes, wrapping
paper, pipes, bongs, roach clips,
etc.
Littering - P.C. 374.4(a)
Unlawful to litter or cause to be
littered on public or private property
(Litter = discarding, dropping small
quantities of waste matter, beverage
containers, packaging, wrappers, food
paper, etc.)
Fighting - P.C. 415(1)
Person unlawfully fights (pushes,
slaps, hits, punches, kicks, or other
physical touching without the person's
permission) another person or: Challenges/encourages
another person to fight ("Let's
go," "I'll kick your a**,"
"Go ahead Take your best shot,"
"Bring it on," etc.)
Using Offensive Language
- P.C. 415(3)
Person uses offensive words (Any profanity,
Ethnic/Racial/Religious slurs, epithets,
etc.) in the immediate presence of
another, which are inherently likely
to cause an immediate violent reaction.
Daytime Loitering/Truancy

Person under 18 years old if found
off campus (including student parking
lot, including during lunch periods)
in a public place, without legal justification,
during school hours.
